5. Consent in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland
Where applicable law requires consent, ReloTide will request the relevant choice before using non-essential advertising cookies, local storage, or personal data for personalized advertising. For users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, ReloTide will use a Google-certified consent management platform integrated with the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework where required by Google's publisher requirements before serving personalized Google ads.
