The national spouse/partner framework is different from SIRI's accompanying-family rules for temporary workers and students.
Both partners normally need to be at least 24 years old, subject to exceptions. The couple normally needs to satisfy 4 out of 6 integration conditions.
The sponsor normally posts DKK 61,709.34 at 2026 level as collateral, subject to statutory reductions and exceptions. A housing requirement and self-support rules can also apply.
