Gifted Residency in Saudi Arabia in 2026

Saudi Arabia's Premium Residency portfolio includes a talent-focused product commonly presented by the Premium Residency Center as Gifted Residency and by the National Platform within the seven-product list as the talent option.

Eligible talent framework

The product is aimed at qualifying cultural, artistic and sporting talent. The Center's current framework uses competent-authority assessment and recommendation, coordinated with the relevant Saudi cultural or sports authority depending on the field.

Published eligibility can be based on recognized major awards/nominations or on meeting approved field-specific criteria. Applicants must also satisfy the Premium Residency Center's general conditions, including financial-solvency and background requirements.

Duration and permanent-residency pathway

The Center currently describes a five-year Premium Residency that may be renewed once when the qualifying criteria continue to be met and the holder satisfies the published presence rule.

A path to permanent Premium Residency is described for qualifying holders who continue to meet criteria, have resided in Saudi Arabia for 30 months within the five-year period, and obtain the required competent-authority recommendation.

The published product fee is SAR 4,000.
