Limited and Unlimited Premium Residency in Saudi Arabia in 2026
The Premium Residency Center publishes both Limited Duration Premium Residency and Unlimited Duration Premium Residency. They share core application safeguards but differ in duration and published fee.
Limited Duration Premium Residency
The current product page allows a term from one year to five years, with renewal under the applicable rules. The published fee is SAR 100,000 per year.
This product should not be described as permanent residence. A holder has Premium Residency for the approved limited term, subject to the product and general regulations.
Unlimited Duration Premium Residency
The unlimited product is the Center's permanent-duration option. The published fee is SAR 800,000.
General conditions and benefits
Current general conditions include valid passports, financial solvency, a clean criminal record, and a recent health report. Applicants inside Saudi Arabia must meet the Center's lawful-residence validity condition.
The Center describes shared Premium Residency benefits that can include residence with qualifying family, exit/re-entry privileges, private-sector work rights for qualifying family members, and business/property rights subject to Saudi law.
The Premium Residency fee is not a complete relocation budget. Tax, investment, property, licensing, insurance, professional services and other government fees can be separate.
