The current DNM page lists Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Bolivia, Paraguay, Peru, Ecuador, Colombia, Venezuela, Suriname and Guyana for this route.
Evidence
The official process requires a valid identity document, national-scope criminal-record evidence for relevant residence history, vaccination evidence and additional civil documents for minors. DNM may request further information where needed to decide the application.
This route is distinct from the general Permanent Residence route. Eligibility follows nationality, not an investment threshold or employment category.
