Start-up Denmark in 2026
The innovative business idea must be approved by the Danish Business Authority expert panel before applying to SIRI. The founder must own all or part of the business and actively participate in its operation.
A team can contain up to 3 people, and the scheme has an annual maximum of 75 foreign nationals.
2026 self-support amounts are DKK 153,240 alone, DKK 306,480 with a spouse, DKK 356,904 with spouse and child/children, and DKK 203,664 with child/children but no spouse.
Ordinary company registration is not immigration approval.
