Investor Temporary Residence in Serbia

Serbia recognizes Investor as a temporary-residence basis for foreign nationals investing in an already registered Serbian company through tangible or intangible assets.

The official investor guidance requires evidence of the investment and evidence of funds in an account at a bank registered in Serbia of at least EUR 50,000 (or equivalent). Ministry guidance states that the first investor temporary residence is approved for six months and that an extension requires proof of a cash capital contribution of at least EUR 5,000 (or equivalent) into the share capital of an already registered company.

This program should not be marketed as citizenship by investment or as automatic permanent residence. It is a purpose-specific temporary-residence route.
