Talent Temporary Residence in Serbia

Serbia recognizes Talent as a temporary-residence basis for a foreign national who has a decision on professional recognition of a tertiary-education certificate issued by the competent Serbian authority.

The Ministry guidance states that the first temporary residence under the Talent category is approved for one year. For extension, the published evidence can include a Serbian employment contract or other qualifying employment contract, or registration of a Serbian legal entity founded by the foreign national during the prior residence period.

This is distinct from ordinary employer-sponsored employment and from the separately listed Highly Qualified Foreign Citizen basis.
