Kazakhstan's A6 investor visa is the direct investment-threshold route identified in the official visa rules.

Government sources describe A6 for foreign businesspersons who have invested more than USD 300,000 in Kazakhstan's economy. The official visa-category materials describe a multiple-entry visa that can be valid for up to 10 years.

The Investment Committee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs issues petitions for A5/A6 investor visas under the investor-visa petition rules.

A6 is not citizenship by investment

The official materials reviewed for this snapshot do not establish citizenship-by-investment or an automatic permanent-residence outcome from A6. Permanent-residence pathways such as B9 and B9-1 have their own eligibility bases.
